God Winks

Some grief feels impossible to carry. This week, I found myself in the wilderness, until God gently led me back to His light in the temple.

A quiet day of missing my mom turned tender when yellow flowers appeared on my porch, her favorite. A gentle reminder that heaven notices our silent ache and meets us softly.

After losing my mom, I wondered where God had gone. But through small, tender moments, I began to see He was near all along...sitting with me inside the ache, not outside of it.
