Private Christian Life Coaching for Women
6 private Zoom sessions, 45 minutes each
Investment: $750
Regular value: $900
This is a six-session private coaching package designed to give you time, support, and space to create real change.
All sessions must be used by the same individual and scheduled within a two-month time frame.
We move at a pace that supports real life, not perfection.

This coaching may be a good fit for you if…
You find yourself replaying conversations long after they are over.
You want to respond with more calm and steadiness, but your emotions sometimes take over first.
You care deeply about your faith, but you feel mentally tired from trying to carry everything well.
You want to understand your thoughts and emotions instead of feeling controlled by them.
You’re ready to grow, but you want to do it in a way that feels grounded in both faith and real life.
What coaching together looks like
Coaching is a safe, honest space where we slow things down and look at what is really going on in your life.
In each session, you bring what feels heavy, confusing, frustrating, or tender. It might be a relationship, a decision, a thought you keep replaying, or a pattern you are tired of repeating. Together, we look at the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and choices underneath it all, without shame and without judgment.
I use practical coaching tools, including the CTFAR model, along with faith based reflection to help you see what is happening more clearly and choose your next step with more peace.
You do not have to come with everything figured out. You just have to come willing to be honest.
My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and more connected to God, yourself, and the woman you are becoming.

Therapy and counseling often help you process the past, heal trauma, or work through mental health concerns with a licensed professional. That work is sacred and important, and if you are already seeing a therapist, I think that is a beautiful support to have.
Coaching is a little different.
In coaching, we focus on where you are right now, what you are thinking, what you are feeling, and what patterns may be keeping you stuck. We slow things down enough to notice what is actually happening inside of you, then we practice tools that help you respond with more peace, faith, and intention.
It is forward focused, faith centered, and very practical.
Coaching does not replace therapy, but it can work beautifully alongside it. Think of it as a space where you can bring your real life, your thoughts, your relationships, your faith, and your next steps, and we work through them together with honesty, grace, and a little more breathing room.

I understand this question so much, because when something feels heavy, we usually want relief now.
Some women begin to notice small shifts after the first few sessions. Sometimes one thought, one new awareness, or one different way of responding can create more peace almost immediately.
But lasting change usually takes practice.
That is why Healing Connection is a 6-session package. It gives us time to slow down, notice the patterns, practice new tools, and let the work settle into real life. We are not just looking for a quick emotional boost. We are building steadier thoughts, healthier responses, and a more grounded relationship with God and yourself.
Everyone moves at their own pace, but if you come willing to be honest, practice between sessions, and stay open to growth, you will likely begin seeing meaningful shifts along the way.
I am an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, so yes, my coaching is deeply influenced by my faith, my love of scripture, and my belief that God is in the details of our lives.
But you do not have to believe exactly what I believe to work with me.
This space is for women who want faith to be part of the conversation, whether you are strong in your beliefs, rebuilding your relationship with God, exploring spirituality, or simply trying to feel more grounded and connected.
I will always honor your beliefs, your values, and your agency. Coaching is not about convincing you to walk my path. It is about helping you find more peace, clarity, and connection on yours.

A spiritual crisis can feel really tender. Sometimes it feels like the ground underneath you has shifted, and the things you once felt sure about suddenly feel confusing, painful, or quiet.
Coaching gives you a safe place to bring the questions without shame.
We will not rush your process or force certainty before you are ready. Instead, we will slow down and look at what you are thinking, what you are feeling, what feels heavy, and what still feels true.
Together, we can sort through the fear, grief, confusion, or loneliness that often comes with spiritual questioning, while helping you stay connected to your values, your agency, and your relationship with God in a way that feels honest.
This is not about pretending everything is fine.
It is about finding steadiness, peace, and trust again, one small step at a time.

You can expect to be heard.
Each session is a private 45-minute Zoom conversation where you bring what is actually happening in your life right now. It might be a relationship, a decision, a thought loop, a feeling you can’t quite shake, or something you have been carrying quietly for a while.
We will slow it down together.
I will ask questions that help you see the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns underneath the surface. Not so we can judge them, but so we can understand them with more compassion and clarity.
By the end of the session, my hope is that you leave with more peace, a practical next step, and a little more trust in yourself, your faith, and the direction God is helping you walk.

Yes. I offer a free 30-minute mini session so we can meet, talk through what you are carrying, and see if coaching feels like the right next step for you.
There is no pressure and no expectation. It is simply a space for you to ask questions, share what has been feeling heavy or stuck, and get a feel for what working together might look like.
If Healing Connection feels like a good fit, we can talk about the 6-session coaching package and what your next step would be.
You can book a time that works for you right on my calendar.
